Extended Terms of Use: This tool allows users to quickly generate unique, individualized comments based on basic inputs about a student's achievement and other characteristics.
After the "foundation" comments have been generated it is the responsibility of the user to proof-read, further personalize, and edit where necessary. This tool is only used to give the "foundation" comment based on limited input and should not be used as the finalized comment. Your school board comment writing regulations and procedures shold be followed. This software is similar to what MarkBook and other popular comment generators, but is unique in its improved speed and ease of use.
To maintain confidentiality and security, students's names only show first name and last initials. Your account is not linked to your school board, school, province or country. None of this information is collected to further maintain confidentiality and security.
Comments are not stored in the database; they are generated "on the fly" and thus no comments are stored anywhere. You may copy and paste the comments to further edit and transfer to your reporting software.
You are limited to four (4) active classes and four (4) archived classes. This helps improve security of information and privacy. This will allow you to maintain information for one year at a time. Classes that are older than one year will automatically be expunged from the database.
